Our catering manager, Jerry Jackson, is a Master Chef and culinary artist dedicated to making your personal or corporate food service function a successful, scrumptious event. Beyond our menu selections, provided upon request, we offer a full complement of catering services to fit your party or event plans - from multi-course banquets to hot, ready-to-serve dishes and pickup-and-go pan foods. Our full-service catering covers complete food preparation and presentation for formal or informal gatherings plus all setup, cleanup, breakdown and as-requested amenities.
